  : The noise made by the actual hotel kept us and our children awake. We didnt sleep one hour!!! To be a new hotel it was in poor shape and we were unable to get a hold of any staff for help

  : Very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in/ check out. Room was clean. Dove brand soaps. Excellent breakfasts!
  : The television was broken. The front desk offered to move us to another room, but we were already situated in the original room. Inconvenient but not terribly upsetting. Price was a bit high for a HI.

  : Breakfast was excellent. The staff with breakfast was very nice and helpful
  : there was not any HOT water to take showers with only cool water. I think that needs to be addressed. Also had to go to 3rd floor for ice. 4th floor did not have an ice machine.

  : It is new. The lobby area is nice. I also liked the blackout shades in the room.
  : There was something spilled on the desk, and there were cup rings all over the desk and night stand. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and had fingerprints all over it.. There was dirt on the shower/bathtub walls. (It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned after it was installed.) I had to wipe down everything as soon as we got there. The USB ports weren't installed properly at the night stand, so you can't plug in your USB to charge anything. The shower floor is very slippery. My daughter fell when she was getting out of the shower. . When we notified the front desk and asked for ice, they were not very helpful and they failed to write an accident report. She ended up having to get 5 stitchesWhen checking out, the people working the desk were not around. Two other staff members had to look for them for us to check out. It took them 10 minutes to locate the person to check us out. The whole experience was very frustrating.
