  : The hotel is in an exceptional location. Beautiful surroundings near the town of PIRAN. The room was rather standard, but it was equipped with air conditioning, which was a big plus given the hot weather. The absolutely perfect and luxurious breakfast included in the accommodation price was a great end to our short stay.

  : - The location provides a relaxing escape from the busy towns and beaches with a nice view. - The facilities were as advertised, e.g. parking, air conditioning, etc. - The breakfast was decent with a coffee machine, cold cuts, pastries, and warm food e.g. scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage.
  : - The room was not as advertised, the room in the pictures was larger - evidenced by a different room layout. Our bathroom was also not accurate as it did not have a window, as advertised. - If there had been a window, it would have solved the problem of the rather unpleasant sewage-like smell in the bathroom, present upon check-in. - The room was not made after the first night, despite us leaving the hotel around noon for the entire day. Thus, we feel the service charge was not justified. - The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is very poor, we had to go to cafes in nearby towns for faster / proper internet and cellular data. - The front desk service was poor, unprofessional, and disrespectful - suggesting a lack of hospitality training / education. We expect a minimum level of service that extends professional support to guests in any issue shared with the front desk, especially when the hotel has not delivered on its service obligation but is charging for it anyway.
