  : WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED!!!!!!!!We stopped in this hotel for 3 nights and at the last night we found that we were ROBBED by hotel staff! We are two girls and stuff that were stolen could be stolen only by a woman. STOLEN THINGS: suitcase Louis Vuitton, 2 bags and small wallet with money, cosmetics/perfumes At that day we were all day out walking and enjoying Paris, but when we came back at night we had a surprise. At that moment when we entered in our room we realized that something wrong, light was turned on, some strange fake card was in place where you put original card of room for turn electricity in your room. Then we saw that our some of thing disappeared and everything was messed. We went at the reception, there was one guy from staff. We told him about what happened and he said that maybe its our fault that we forgot to close the door in our room and hotel didnt responsible for our things and if we want we can go to the police. So, the staff did nothing!!! Administrator and director didnt answer calls and didnt come and in the morning also. Next day we checked out and went to the police station and make a complaint. They said that they will contact us maybe when they find out something after watching cameras.Important things that you cant get inside the hotel without card, lift also doesnt work without card and room opens by card and access to this cards have only staff, and cameras are everywhere, we have question for what when they are useless, because no one can watch records only with police permission.
