  : We arrived at 2 am in this foreign country and the guy at the reception asked us to pay again in cash , claiming that credit card is declined . I told him that I have confirmation , he said yes but payment not done . I could not make sure of what he said because it was night and we did not have any way to call the bank because we are in foreign country

  : This is not the first time we have stayed here. We were here 15 and 10 years ago. It's nice to meet familiar, pleasant employees. We choose the hotel because of the great location. However, the hotel itself is losing its prime.
  : We stayed one night in transit and one night on the way back. The experience was better on the way back. On the way forward, there was no toilet paper in the room, the receptionist was unhappy that we didn't pay in cash. He didn't remind us about breakfast.On the way back, there were some uncertainties regarding the reservation, and they were asked to clarify the information within a few hours. However, we spent about 25 hours on flights without internet, so we could not update anything. Moreover, the information was the same as during the stay two weeks ago on the onward journey.
