  : Location of the hotel is wonderful. Very close to the city centre and all main sights. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around where you can have breakfast or dinner. A small kitchen came in very handy to make some tea and snacks in the evening. As it was not very hot at night, we did not need to use air-conditioners, but on the second night I had to close the windows because of the neighbours having a good time on the balcone and switched on the air-conditioner, which worked fine and made my sleep quite comfortable. Plus the morning prayers did not wake me up as they did on the first night:) And the host, Hassan, is extremely helpful and thoughtful. He contacted us a few days before our arrival with all the necessary information and arranged the transfer from and to the airport for a very good price.
  : Not sure whether the TV was working, we just failed to turn it on. But as we did not quite need it, we didn't bother. I think some instructions how to operate the TV and the receiver could help the tourists. The bathroom is rather small, so there isn't a lot of space for toiletries. I would advise travellers to get a toiletries bag which could be hung on a hook and wouldn't need too much room.

  : Correspondence with the host is good. When I arrived at the place, everything seemed to be fine. The only good thing is the Wi-Fi. When I arrived, the toilet was not flushed ,nor cleaned. There were remains of fecal matter in the toilet - proof that whoever was supposed to clean it was not there. The kitchen counter and dishes were all sticky. I went and bought dish detergent (the one left there was very little) and I washed everything. The first morning I had the surprise that 3 people had to share a single cup of coffee. But that was the least of the problems because we had many guests for coffee - cockroaches running everywhere. I only uploaded the pictures, better to see the videos( can't upload). I reported this to the owner and after two days he completed what was missing in the kitchen - plates, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery. You couldn't cook. I took cockroach spray and sprayed it all over the apartment. In vain - we slept 4 nights with the light on to prevent the cockroaches from reaching us because they were also in the rooms. The owner does not know or pretends not to know. Attention, the linen is torn and the ceiling looks like in the pictures. Before renting, a general disinfection is necessary. At home, we unpacked the luggage piece by piece so not to take the cockroaches home. They are very fast kitchen bugs. Try to avoid the location. It's a pity that the position is very good, but the cleanliness is sub-critical. This is the first negative comment I have left after more than 10 years.
