  : The location of the hotel is amazing - it's very close to the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern), as well as close to a tram station with good connections (this is the main public transport we used). There are plenty of restaurants around as well, and from the rooftop you have a nice view of the surroundings. The location also means you can clearly hear the call to prayer in the morning - which we liked - but good to know if you are a light sleeper. The staff is very friendly & helpful, they arranged the private transfer from & to the airport and that went great, the cars were comfortable & they arrived on time (it's especially useful if you have a few luggages or travelling with older people/kids). The room was clean, a good size & the bed was comfortable - it was great after a day full of walking around Istanbul. The breakfast was simple, but good and more than enough to be ready for a day of exploring. Overall we really liked it there, it was a great value for money, great location - we would definitely return for our next Istanbul trip.
  : While these things were ok for us, thought it's worth mentioning: - Breakfast starts at 8:30, and as most tours start around 9:00, we had to eat in ~15min or skip it entirely. If it started from 8:00 it would make a big difference. The standard breakfast also has no warm food, you need to request & pay extra if you want for example an omelette (or a nicer coffee than the one included). - There's no elevator - however when we arrived the man at reception helped us take the luggages upstairs, so that was no problem. - One of the rooms we booked was facing the back, and it was consistently smelling like food from the outside - so the window could not really be opened.

  : I liked everything. Especially thanks to Emre, he helped in everything, gave advices and was so helpful. Also, there is a family environment in the hotel and everywhere was clean. Location is the best, 2 minutes by foot from Sultanahmed center. It's hotel with best location, staff, view from terrace and adequate price, but not best breakfast. At this price, on this location is the best..
  : Breakfast was not varied and also, every day is the same. I recommend the hotel to improve the breakfast menu, even if it costs a price increase... I plan to visit again in Summer, but now only without breakfast..

  : The hotel's location proved excellent, situated within easy walking distance of Sultan Ahmet's main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The front desk staff were notably pleasant and accommodating. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

  : The breakfast was balanced but average but it was sufficient as a meal. The staff were friendly and Emre in particular was extremely helpful, polite and professional. He is an asset to the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay. I would stay there again.
  : The shower isnt well designed. The whole bathroom would be wet after having a shower as the drain is on the other side of the shower glass.
