  : The staff. They were so kind and helpful with everything. They helped my mother on the first day with shopping food and carrying her bags.
  : The internet connection. Sometimes there was no signal and we had to wait like for an hour or so to get it back!

  : Good place in city center. Manager Sadi was very kind and helpful! It was important for me to have a nice kitchen with all stuff, washing machine and table for laptop

  : Location was excellent to Taksim Square, n metro less than 10 min walk. Plenty of grocery stores n restaurants.We rented a 2 rms with kitchen. The appliances like dishwasher n washing machine were new n useful. Staffs were very friendly n helpful. Mgr Sadi took care of our request n needs very promptly. He is the main reason if I were to be a return customer.
  : Turkish rugs on the floor were "slippery" n no traction. My wife tripped over but luckily didn't hurt herself. Luggage movements on these rugs were impossible without lifting. Don't see a reason for the rugs to be there unless for cultural or cold weather purposes. They were not new n not sure if there were vacuum during rm service. We much preferred just the hard flooring. Bathroom condition needs some maintenance on the door frame as not able to close door. Shower hose needs replacement. Kitchen hood maybe leaking as get the cooking smell of our next door rm into our rm when they on their kfan. I hv to ask my neighbour to turn off after cooking if not the smell in our rm is intolerable. I had informed Sadi abt on these problems n if they fix them, the rm will very nice to stay in. For the money, the hotel is still a good value. I won't dissuade anyone to book tis hotel as repairs are a constant improvement if customers tell the mgmt n they fix them.

  : The internet was very slow and in the bathroom, the hot water was not consistent which was very annoying.

  : The location was not good at all the area full with beggars and over crowded, the bathroom is not clean and had no enough toilet paper. the facilities are not good: the kettle is not working, the dishwasher without soap the cloth washer is rusty and have no detergent. Iron and Iron board are dirty and cant be used.

  : Very well located just 200m from Taksim square. The apartment is equipped with everything a family might need for a nice stay. The facility manager Sadi is exceptionally kind and ready to support the guests with anything and in any situation which adds a lot of value to this facility and the stay in Istanbul! There is also big paid parking right opposite the facility which is very important if one travels by car !
