  : I did not like anything as the place is on a hill first, second the room was very small and had mosquetos. third at night the electricity was gone and we died in that hot weather until I had to leave the hotel at midnight to go to another hotel.
  : I did not even liked how they handeled the problem because when I asked to be compensated, they said we had an accident so the electric short suppose to be your problem and we do not compensate anyone.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unlike the hotel nearby which its name is (Karamanz), it is much much better hotel who saved us from this misery that night.

  : 1.The originally arranged room did not have electricity. After the work-study student contacted the boss, he changed the room, but the towels, air-conditioning remote control, and teapot all had to be requested from the counter before they could help.2.Check in according to the time, but because the boss is not there, the work-study students will not handle it, and the time drags on for a long time.3.The window of the room cannot be closed. I have already told the work-study student, but she can't do it either. I had to cover it with curtains to prevent the air-conditioning from leaking out.4.The TV malfunctioned, and the work-study student came to fix it for a long time, but it still couldn't be repaired.

  : We arrived at the hotel around 01.00 at night, the receptionist said that there was no room for us because THEY had failures on booking (i had reservation after payment).he told me to cancel my reservations and they will confirm it for free. I said it was after midnight and I had no way to find another hotel for that night, he told me to walk down the street and maybe find a place to stay. to my suggestion that in such a case it would be appropriate to find a hotel for us and cover all costs. they said that they would not do it. at my request that they refund me for the payment that I made through website, they said that they would not give me money and would refund me via internet in a few days.they are a group of scammers, thieves who ruined our stay. looking for a hotel in the middle of the night after many hours of travel is unacceptable.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
