  : my bed was not relaxing . it was like a slide . also i booked for a family room i didnt find it . only i got a standard room

  : The receptionist
  : There is a construction next to my room, the Dozer was so so close to me and digging from 6am. It was so close to my balcony where i felt inviting the dude for coffee... pictures are so modified for you to book. The reality is cheaper. Receptionist " the guy at night when i checked in was amazing and helped, in the morning while checking out the girl was unable to understand anything, language.. the facility offered a free fruit salad which was great. But that doesn't cover up an uncomfortable stay.

  : The place is good and its location is also good and there is privacy and comfort in the place, but there is a problem with the staff. The staff should be a little better in dealing with customers. I mean the morning staff, not the evening staff, because the evening staff was good and very wonderful
  : I booked the room from here, and its price was 45 euros, which is equivalent to 46 US dollars or 809 Turkish liras. I explained to the evening staff that I do not have any Turkish lira He told me that there is no problem, but today is a holiday and the exchange rate was flaring, and the exchange rate was 18.3for the US dollar. He advised me that he would take a commission of 1 Turkish lira, meaning that the exchange rate would be 17.3. I told him that there is no problem with that Then I gave him $100 and he said he didn't have a jaw and he would give me the rest in the morning, which I suppose is $54. Then to his surprise, the morning staff gave me 910 Turkish lira, and I told him that I don't want to change the $100. I just want you to take the price of your room in dollars. He told me I don't have a dollar. I told him why you didn't explain that. He said this is what hotels do in general. I told him it's not my problem, you can transfer the rest of the amount to My bank account is in dollars. He said no, we don't have dollars. I told him, okay, I don't have Turkish lira, give me the The 100 dollars, I will exchange it and charge you in turkish lira as you ask, he told me i wont let you leave the place and I want the price of the room I told him of course I will pay you and my girlfriend is waiting and we were at ten in the morning and the time to checkout is 1 in the afternoon He told me, No, I will not give you the $100, so pay it in lira now, or take the rest of the $100 in lira. Which is supposed to be 910 Turkish liras, so I refused He wants to force me to change the currency at a lower price, and also takes a commission on the change without right This is only in the morning work team.   : My second time to Respiro , this time I have better impressions than November.Reception is really excellent, Merve is very kind and educated while Levent speaking a very good english is very helpful with everything you need, thank you Levent for showing me where to find the things I needed and also for giving me your Istanbul Metrobus Card.The restaurant guys are great, food for Lunch and Dinner was OK and not expensive , breakfast was very good. Location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Tuyap , also nice shopping center Pelikan only 7-8 min. walk. The area around the hotel is very nice .
  : Carpet old , water remains in the bathroom, low light in the room.
