  : Everything except location. Management system totally bad and corrupt, They blackmailed me to get more money. The value price never meet the property, it's non sense. Heating is very poorly working, no hot water balanced on tap, very tiny entrances, and the main Entrance of the building inside the grocery shop and it's not at all private, they looking guest who is coming and going, and always try to create a scene for nothing. Irritating people who don't speak English at all. They don't obey or follow the booking.com renting rules. I never recommend for a couple to rent this property. It's horrible situation there. Not even safe the place.

  : Very good apartment for staying there, near the old centre of Istanbul (20 minutes walk). Room and bathroom on photos are the same as in the reality. Very hospitable owner Mehmet who is always helpful and friendly.

  : The location was great, The owner was very kind and handy and helped in anyway. If you dont mind to going up and down the stairs and ready for a busy and noisy area the location is fantastic. Not far from a lot of sightseeing. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of tour guides.
