  : One of the best places to stay in Istanbul. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's also much quietier at night compared to the Sultanahmet area.

  : I only had internet in the reception.

  : The room was big and comfortable. The securiry is great, there is always someone checking the cameras. The guys at the reception are very helpful and always want to help, they were the best! You should be aware of the stairs, they are challenging but the rest compensates them!
  : There should be water in the room.

  : Location was very good and so was the staff: incredibly helpful. Also I had an amazing view over the Bosphorus, really fantastic. Room was super spacious.
  : I was staying at the 5th floor and there was no elevator, in a week stay imagine... wi-fi never worked during my stay and the beds were so hard... really hard to fall asleep in them.

  : Stuff, the guys made everything for our stay to be as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness was great as well. Location is not bad - the hotel is close to the main road yet in the quiet place. It made moving by taxi easier, also it was not scary to get back to the hotel late at night. And thanks to quietness sleeping there was nice.
  : Location is not bad, though it was a bit tricky moving up and down the hills with the stroller and the kid when going to transportation stops (for metro you need to go up, it takes like 5 mins, and for tram stop - down, it takes like 10-15 minutes). But the main pain was stairs and no elevator - we stayed on the last floor and it took us not less than 5-7 minutes to climb up or get down. Stairs are extremely narrow and swirled, real Galata tower in miniature :D With a 3yo kid it was a pure torture, also it was pretty dangerous. So I do recommend booking only lower floors if you are traveling with kids.

  : Very large room with sofa and eating table. They have a good room service, we stayed in one night and ordered dinner, and was good quality and price. Very clean, quite and just 5 min from Galata tower.
  : There was only one power plug available in the room, the other one was used hunter frigobar, that is really not enough. Shower head was also broken so was not the best shower
