  : Good location, it is like a mini-appartment and is really confortable. Bed is ok and very clean. Personal is very friendly.

  : Our host Rifat was very friendly, helpful and kind. He answered questions very promptly and was very welcoming. The flat is in a very convenient location for many of the main sites of central Istanbul. Good bathroom with great shower!
  : Our room faced a busy road so was noisy quite late into the night and from early morning. The bedding was a little basic.

  : The owner and staff were all very nice. The staff also kept the hotel and our room clean. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the grand bazaar, less than a 15 minute walk to the blue mosque and less than a 20 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern.
  : Based on what we paid, we weren't expecting the best place, but based on the high rating, we were expecting more than what we got.What other reviews did not prepare us for is the following:1) The bed was not comfortable for our taste. It was quite hard and transmitted your partner's movement.2) The water pressure and water temperature when taking a shower was wildly inconsistent regardless of how you tried to adjust the lever.3) The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors and the plumbing (when your neighbor flushes the toilet or takes a shower, you will hear the water running through the walls if you are the person sleeping next to the wall in the bedroom.4) If you are taking the T1 tram line to and from the hotel to the many attractions that are serviced by the T1 line, the neighborhood you walk through is not the best and be ready for a workout as the hotel is at the bottom of a very long and steep hill.5) Cash only for payment. They do not accept credit card. 6) There wasn't a formal reception desk so we were knocking on the front door of the property for several minutes before we were let in.Overall, we rated this place a 6 out of 10 based on what we paid and based on how close we were to all the attractions. Yet we would book elsewhere if we were to ever revisit Istanbul.

  : Nice apartment with good facilities.The property is close to main attractions. You can walk and then take a tram. Hosts were also very welcoming.They also arranged our transfer to sabiha in good price.
  : As the windows were not in good condition, we could hear everything from outside. There was also problem with AC as well. So a suggestion to owners to look into these matters to make guests stay comfortable.
