  : the staff was very helpful and nice. the room was really big and has two beds, a sofa and Tv. it was more like a studio with a good price. the location is good and nearby to taksim.

  : Very hot lobby without any air conditioning, staff were not very professional, room was on third floor without elevator with horrible narrow and round stairs. I do not recommend to anyone at all.

  : I can hear all the steps above me all the time. Walking here and there. And voices outside the room is disturbing..

  : Very friendly receptionist, always happy to assist. The room was towards the courtyard, which made it nicely quiet on a noisy street, though no view. Comfortable bed, good price.
  : The place is a bit rundown, the view from window is better to cover with a curtain... Don't expect daily cleaning of the room.

  : The overall design of the hotel is nice and the cleaning is good. They also upgraded the room that I was staying so except the last day of my stay I got nicer apartment then initially booked.
  : The most disappointing thing was that when I asked for help with getting taxi since I was in Istanbul for the first time and didn't know anything about traffic and prices and how much will it take to get to the airport. 1. They didn't get the time right - I told them the details of my flight - airport, flight time and date. They told me that leaving in 3 hours before the flight is more than enough. It wasn't though and I had to pay extra - a little more than half of the original price - to the driver to get in the airport in time 2. They told us one price for the taxi but it turned out that they gave the driver almost only half of it. So they kept almost half of the sum for the taxi to themselves, at least according to the taxi driver and it felt like they basically stole that money. And as I mentioned earlier - I had to pay extra to get to the airport in time. I know that I probably shouldn't have trusted someone else with my problems on how to get to the airport since it's my responsibility but at the time they seemed friendly enough to help and I didn't expect any issues with that. I was feeling very frustrated, nervous and tired at that moment in the taxi.

  : The receptionist seemed like he was trying to help, but I didnt pay money for him, I payed to stay in the hotel.
  : This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Everything on the internet seemed very cozy, but the entire room was super dirty, smelled bad, and the worst part isI saw many bugs and cockroaches. If I could upload pictures here, I would. The receptionist changed my room for the second night, but it was still very untidy. Everything needs to be renovated and cleaned because the whole building is rotting.
