  : Hotel had a reasonable price and great location really near the Galata tower. But after staying there for a week I can not give really good review. Hotel probably was really great few years ago but would need quite some attention. Common places are ok, but rooms are not. Bathroom is spacious but shower full of mold, shower handle without any pressure, toilet cover wobly. Double bed is only 140 and reachable only from one side. It was ok for me, since I was traveling alone, but not appropriate for a couple. AC is not working, which is maybe OK since dust is already pushing out from it. Cleaners do change linen and towels but dont clean floors, empty bins etc Breakfast is decent, but nothing special. Biggest issues is stuff. Their English skills are dependent on your question/request. They try to sell you overpriced transfers, viewings etc., but once there is an issue suddenly English is a problem. My room key card was opening ALL other doors in the hotel! I tried with my friends room, and after noticing this, we reported the issue to the receptionist. First day they were laughing at this, which in my opinion is not funny, but really really big security issue. When I mentioned it on the departure, the receptionist start yelling that they are human who makes mistakes and that I am a thief to even noticing that (we reported a problem right away and return the card after showing an issue to the reception). Beer price in minibar is 8 (no pricelist).Overall hotel 6/10, location 10/10, stuff 1/10.

  : We were given an extremely small room, which wasnt big enough even for one person. The bed was tiny and there was absolutely no room to move. We got this room after booking a Deluxe Queen room. If this is their definition of deluxe, its just wrong. Incidentally, another Indian couple was given this room right after us.

  : Not replacing toiletries in the bathroom and tea bags in the room. Not even replaced the cup of tea in the room. They just washed it with a little water and placed it back like it was clean. But there were left the stains of the previous use. Curtains don't fully cover the window.

  : Very friendly staff who gave plenty of hints & tips for travelling around Istanbul. In particular, Enes (receptionist) was very welcoming on check-in & each morning. Easy breakfast. Very convenient location for Galata Tower and a nice cafe opposite the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again if/when in Istanbul
  : Hot water tap in sink was a bit faulty, but other than that, a perfect stay :)
