  : The location is superb, near Istiklal street, food, shopping and transportation to all of the city. The staff was friendly although not to keen on actually helping.
  : The hotel does not provide the basic services of a hotel. The rooms were filthy with old bars of soap still in the shower, mirrors dirty and bedding stained. The rooms are so badly sound insulated that it sounded like a night club in the rooms. I had to complain multiple times for them to admit they had a quieter room they could put me in at 2 AM after a transatlantic flight. The new room didn't sound like a nightclub but had drilling noise from a construction site next door at 4 AM and had the guys at the front desk chatting most of the night and watching TV. The hotel first offered to accommodate my request for gluten free bread and then said they don't supply such accommodations and I should look for a supermarket that carries it, a task I failed at as a tourist who doesn't speak Turkish. The breakfast service was mediocre as well with bitter tea that seems to have been brewing for days and no coffee. The vegetables served were also not fresh and wilted. They are very proud of a plaque with their 8.8 rating, but the service I got was not worth a 4/10.

  : location is perfect since it is near metro station and Istiklal street,but the clubs around us are too noisy and not suitable for the kids to see.Sulaiman and the other guy on the reception are super helpful and respectful
  : cleanliness is zero,breakfast should not be considered as a breakfast maximum a snack ,african staff are annoying

  : Unfortunately, I had to rent another hotel because there were no facilities here for a person to rest and sleep.
  : One of the beds was a mattress and so uncomfortable and depreciated that I had to rent a room in another hotel. The joinery was wooden and we did not insulate from noise from the noise of the restaurants around, although I was on the highest floors, it was quite loud from the clubs. the shower cabin in the bathroom had problems and could not be closed and the whole room got wet when you showered. I have been to 35 countries and 5 times in Istanbul and this is my most unpleasant stay in a hotel or rather the lack of stay because after the first night I rented another hotel at a better price and in good conditions 1 minute from this one .
