  : The hotel advertised air conditioning, but during my stay, the rooms were uncomfortably hot during the day, and the air conditioning only blew warm air. Opening the window seemed like the only solution, but unfortunately, this resulted in the room being infested with mosquitoes. During our stay, we had breakfast at your hotel's restaurant every morning, but we were surprised to find that Omer, the restaurant manager, was arrogant and rude towards us. Despite our attempts to engage in polite conversation, Omer was dismissive and confrontational, which completely ruined our dining experience and made us feel uncomfortable. I am disappointed that Omer did not have the correct voice, tone, and timing to discuss any issues he might have had with us. If there were any problems, he should have known how, when, where, and who to talk to, as this is the hallmark of professional behavior. Instead, his rude and unprofessional behavior only served to make us feel unwelcome and unwanted at your hotel.
