: Servers:1. Four times I needed to ask to fix water tab in room 210 for invalids, finally the workers find out the water is running when you put bathroom lights on. Nobody informed me at reception, usually it is always works.2. My wife also four times asked the hair dryer in the room, two times by phone and two times from reception.I stayed many times in Hilton Bakirkoy, but need to say now I was totally disappointed,

: Once I arrived they gave me very bad room when I ask them about the reason they said the hotel was fully booked & they dont have any rooms& once I ask to cancel the reservation they said its not available & after half hour of discussion they give me another room without any facilities inside the room no shampoo no clean towels inside.Letter when I ask about some ice for my room they send by mistake a bill with 50 us dollarsOnce I ask about the reason they told me its another mistake
