  : It is close to the sights (mosques, bazaars, parks). the rooms were old and basic but clean, nothing to say about that. The staff was nice, and of course they tried selling us some tours/dinners/experiences, but they didn't insist when we refused. they also were generally friendly and helpful.
  : The hotel does not look like on the photos at all - everything is old and rather basic, zero traces whatsoever of Turkish chic and stylish interior from the photos. the breakfast was pure deception - from super old and grimy furniture and interior and dirty windows, to food. we were glad we only stayed there two nights.

  : Staff was friendly, the location was ok.
  : The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures on Booking - the rooms are much smaller than the ones shown in the photos. There was so little space that we had to put our luggage in the bathroom, this was all after a room "upgrade" that we got after complaining about the first room which was only slightly smaller. We did not want to lose all the money we paid for this honestly very overpriced and shoddy hotel so we regretably had to stay. We were expecting to go to quite a luxurious hotel with a beautiful spa after seeing the photos but what we stepped into was a very run down and falling apart hotel. To list of some of the issues that we had the carpets were dirty, the bedding had long dark hairs in it the furniture was coming away and many things were scratched and ruined. One of the worst parts was the spa, the free spa consisted of a swimming pool a steam room and a sauna, the steam room and the sauna were fine but the pool had pieces of god knows what floating about in it and was filthy. On top of that as soon as you stepped out the pool and looked up at the ceiling there were massive holes in the wall with debris coming down and water dripping around the lights, it was shocking to see. We only went to that spa area one time and did not bring a phone so unfortunately don't have photos of that but I have attached several photos of the standard of the rooms that we were given. If I have to say something nice the staff were polite and friendly but unfortunately the whole experience just felt like one big scam which honestly set the tone for our whole holiday.

  : No hot water on final day for a shower, key cards kept stopping working but thats common in any hotel. The rooms we booked initially we didnt get and so kids separated from us. Was supposed to be a 3 bed apartment. The breakfast area is far too small and although they serve between 0800-1030 at 10 one morning when they ran out of some hot food they refused to make more. It was notified to management who apologized. One of the showers wasnt working properly either. Water pouring out the pipe instead of the head. They dont restock shampoo in your rooms and although you get water on arrival they dont give new water each day in your room. They also have only 3 irons in the entire hotel and none worked. Pretty poor. There should be a shower in the pool area to encourage people to shower after sauna, instead people got really sweaty and just jumped in the pool. The air con in the rooms worked but was either too cold no matter what the temp setting or just too warm. Awful!!!! Good bits, the staff are really helpful, Bourhan particularly was great and tried to solve everything as quick as possible. The location is amazing. Easy access to many major tourist hotspots and tram access. Good restaurants around. Th hotel spa / hammam is the best one Ive ever been to. We had a couples one and would go back there even if we werent staying at the hotel. Boat dinner cruise was brilliant. They have good contacts and provide good tips and advice on where to go and what time to do it and not over pay for things. At the end would go back but have higher expectations

  : Location was amazing as well as the staff. Staff from the hotel always smiling always helpful and extremely positive energy. Staff in the spa.. not so much.
  : Spa is not what the pictures show. The spa needs a lot of work. Heating in our room was set to 26 with a small baby very difficult to change and sleep.

  : The property was located close to the Sultanahmet Square.
  : The continental breakfast was not really a continental breakfast which was a real let down. The only free thing in the spa was steam, sauna and a pool. Any other spa facility you had to pay for which was not clear in the booking. So little deceiving. We were told the pool closes at 8pm yet there were people in the pool after this. The staff try and get you to book into certain activities however you can find cheaper yourself. We had to ask several time to be allocated a new room due to the first one not being of quality.
