  : The location is excellent right next to Taksim square. If you are in instanbul for partying this is the perfect place to stay there are bars all around, unfortunately it is quite noisy however.

  : the place wasnt clean at all, the internet connection was poor, and rooms werent equipped.there was not hot water at the shower and you have to walk there is no elevator on the grand floor

  : The location is good. Surprisingly not noisy while the night life spots are within short distance.
  : The hotel owner was dishonest. Upon arrival, he told me there was actually no room available, but he had a sister hotel that I could stay. Without asking me my permission, he grabbed my luggage and lead me to a different hotel, which had worse review than the one I booked. He then said the new hotel was also fully booked so he could only give me a room behind the reception desk. That room is the worst I had ever seen. The full illumination level of the lights were about 20% of the regular lights. Furthermore, it does have a WINDOW, but its facing the hot water heaters and the drywall of an adjacent room. I was unhappy with the arrangement so I asked for cancellation since the hotel couldnt give me the room I saw on the website and reserved. Suddenly, the hotel staff took me back to the hotel I reserved and offered me a room on the top floor. I thought he had said all rooms were occupied, but apparently thats false.

  : Does not go forward in solving the problem. Smoking smell in the rooms. No refunds. We've just moved out and went to the other hotel. This hotel doesn't fit it's rating. it's 2 stars or even less. Stay away!
