  : This was my 2nd stay, but was extremely disappointing. Arrive after 2pm and wait until after 3pm for room. Go to room and was a small triple share not the suite we booked.nothing was said, we had to query, then told us due to maintenance but we could move to suite next day. Next pack bags, go out come back that evening and are given key for new room..go to room and walk into a budget twin room, again went downstairs to ask where is our suite. Again maintenance so cannot use. Asked to speak to manager who was around but never bothered communicating to us. His response was sorry but we are full, offered a paltry refund of money. That night a person accessed our room after midnight, again I go reception, am told oh it shouldnt happen as only one key. Turns out didnt need a key for our room as anyone could open it without key, even when we locked it from inside. This was not fixed until the next day, after I attended front office to ask about it, again asked for manager but was told he not working this daywe saw him sitting in cafe across street. I again had to approach him for explanation. He has no care for his guests, this hotel just needs to be honest to guest face but they avoid and hope you just accept their lack of customer service. I can accept things break and go wrong but I cannot accept blatant disregard and dishonesty. Plenty more hotels in area and in better condition as well

  : Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great.
  : The room are very small and old already and has no enought space for the luggage to put in the room. Also the towels are very old over consume.

  : Good location.
  : The shower did not work properly; changing from tap to shower was difficult. The air conditioner was too loud. We were promised a room with a sea view. However, we can see only a tiny strip of water.
