  : To be realistic and everything considered, The location was fine, the rooms were smaller than the pictures, but the staff managed to change our rooms to larger rooms, and it was ok after all.

  : The nicest thing about this hotel is the receptionists. They are helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast is good for a three stars hotel although the staff taking care of the area are not friendly.
  : A thing that I didnt like was the %100 raise in the price an extra bed. When I booked the rooms, it was 10 and when asked the hotel for one extra bed, they said it is 20, when I told them it is 10, in the website, they replied, there is something wrong with the system (I have photos before and after they changed the price with dates on them), and after one day, they changed it from 10 to 20, so I had to pay 160 for 8 nights instead of 80. Rooms are very small comparing with the pictures on the website. BTW, photos of the rooms were taken a while ago. Rooms are in fair condition, but do not expect to see what is on the viewing pictures on the website. The hotel is located in the bottom of a hill (where you have to reach up there to access everything like metro, supermarket, bus stops etc.), so if you are traveling with elderly or kids, it going to be inconvenient for them. Closest metro station is Osmanbey, which is a 10 minutes walk up the hill. I didnt realize how inconvenient it was until I experienced it as I was traveling with kids. For the location, I think it suitable for healthy couples or solo travelers. Another thing I didnt like about this hotel is not smoking friendly. Even though I requested a nonsmoking room, whenever someone smokes even in the area between the rooms, it feels like they are smoking in my room. Also, when I open the window, as my room right above the entrance of the hotel [4th floor], anyone smokes downstairs it is in my room. The ensuite toilet has no privacy as the door is not sealed (there is a gap between the door and the wall) where everything can be seen and heard. As I was traveling with family, we had to make a rule (no one comes close to the toilet if someone is inside). I really didnt like it. It was not a restroom, I get embarrassed every time I use the toilet. BTW, toilet in one of our rooms is tiny; if I sit on the toilet, my legs would be in the shower with the door opened.

  : Great staff, including my lovely cleaner. One man however refused to speak to me in English once he found out I spoke broken Arabic. It's was uncalled for and uncomfortable, so I stopped dealing with him.
  : The couple beside my suite had a very active night and that kept me awake. Perhaps they should just make sure there isn't "business" going on.

  : It has many stairs to reach and tiring every times u go and come having ur shopping bags , bath room is very small and its keeps the water in the entire floor I hope they fix it
