  : great hotel, cozy, the staff is good, especially the woman who cleans and cooks breakfast. In general, everyone in the hotel is friendly and good, all attractions are within walking distance.
  : From the hotel it was recommended to go to the beach, the brochures were at the reception, Marlin Princess beach hotel for 3 hours Kumburgaz, it wasnt very good there, firstly the beach was terrible, covered in algae, it took 2 hours to go there 2 hours back, they took money for food separately and the food was not a buffet, but a complex lunch, not very much. Therefore, before taking such excursions, it is better to read on the Internet.

  : Only the position of the hotel is the good thing here. It was horribly, we stay only one night but we couldn't wait to leave. it smelled like cigarettes, there were no blankets, there was a TV but no batteries in the remote, there was an air conditioner but no remote, just awful! on top of that, we waited an hour and a half to check in because someone supposedly took the keys and they never actually checked us into the room we had booked.

  : The location was close to the Bosphorus and an easy departure point to get around the city. At the hotel, one staff person, Safi, was an absolute gem in trying to sort out the issues we had. Also, out early morning airport taxi (4AM!) Was arranged by the hotel and was there early to pick us up.
  : The majority of staff was rude and dismissive of our concerns, the Wifi never worked, the room had cockroaches and no A/C, the hotel staff constantly gathered in groups with friends right out front and made noise (despite the early hours and having guests that were asleep in rooms across from the entrance), there were poorly placed rugs to cover holes in the flooring (and staff never warned us about the flooring as a safety precaution. I discovered the hole by tripping and falling over it), the breakfast was sparse at best with eggs boiled until the yolk was grey, broken shower head in the bathroom that they left that way until we chased them to fix it.Our room had to be changed twice (1st change was due to them placing us in a different hotel, Blue Sail, because they had no room for us at Elisa and did not explain this until we arrived at almost 2AM from the airport, even though they had been communicating with me via WhatsApp and could have warned us before we arrived...2nd change was due to them placing us in a basement room with no windows, which was not the room we reserved.)Finally, when we asked about the possibility of a small return of some of our payment to answer for the multiple issues we had... We were told, BY STAFF, that the manager did not care and would not return any money. I've been making reservations through Booking.com since 2013, and though the quality of each stay has varied, this Elisa hotel is by far the worst experience I've had. With the exception of a couple staff members that tried their best to look after us, I would not recommend this place to anyone and don't understand how they have their current positive rating on Booking.com (which I trusted to book my stay). For the money I paid, I wasn't expecting 3 star service, but this is a poorly run AirBnB, pretending to be a hotel.

  : Basic breakfast. Juice was available the first day but thereafter staff informed us that it has run out for the remainder of our stay.
  : We booked the premium room but the AC did not work. This was unacceptable as we only stayed there for one night. We moved to another room which was not the same quality but the AC did work and there was no change in the price we paid for the additional 5 days. The hotel does not understand the need to invest in more iron's when they get booked up during busy periods. Had to ask for two consecutive days before getting one.

  : Hotel is really nice, on great location, it's 5 min walking to Sultan Ahmet. If u like cats, there is plenty of them near hotel. The receptionist (I think his name was Sani :D) was really nice and helpful.

  : The day and night receptionist/security staff were courteous and helpful. They spoke some English which helped a good deal. Helped out with our luggage and mentioned a few good local attractions. The lighting and decor was actually nice, though some furniture had a bit of wear and tear. Receptionist staff got us sorted with a cab for our return flight (competitive rates).
  : They wanted cash payment instead of card, which was misleading. There was no lift that would tailor for disabled/accessible guests, as originally quoted. TV was there but no cable or satellite channels. Had to get an eSim and hotel wifi was substandard at best. Room smelt mouldy and some blankets had blood stains from previous guests. There was a H&S risk where some sockets were broken. Cleaners didn't replace/change bedding or toiletries. Won't recommend this hotel overall.
