Very Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The first night was bad, the room was not like in the pictures, the room was dirty and noisy, the room equipment was not working well, and after protesting the room was changed by the management, the second room was in an average condition. In general the hotel was a bad choice.

: The location was good, near supermarkets and 15 minutes walk to the main sites and the airport bus. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of tasty salads. Good wifi.
: Staff are Russian, and apart from one, you have to communicate with Google translate. Some also appeared unprofessional and scruffy and spent time watching TV in the dining area or chatting in the lounge rather than sitting at the reception desk.Rooms are tatty, small, and not clean. TV is about 10"Cleaning is minimal to zero. One day, only the duvet was folded, no cleaning or emptying the bin. Maintenence is poor. The rusty shower door fell off the rails. Air con didn't work. Broken tiles, mould, and noisy lift, which kept me awake. Don't be fooled by the pictures!
