  : The staff are very friendly , we were having a lot of luggages and they were there to help us every time , they are checking if we are comfortable or not . I really teccomend the place for arabs
  : Not super clean .. ants in bathrooms / bedsheeets were a bit dirtyy .. but if you stay there you will not complain about this i just wrote this so they could see it and clean it . // second thing there is no ironing and the kabinet wasnt big hardly enough for clothes

  : the advertised pictures are NOTHING like what it is. The hotel is 2 star at best , and I can accept that, but font advertise it as a 4-5 star place , colourful and bright and modern its far far far from that. it is very worn down.

  : - The location is perfect, walking distance to attractions and metro station, many markets and restaurants close by.- Rooms are comfortable and very clean.- The staff, the front desk gentleman especially (Omar) were very friendly kind and professional they made our stay as we are at home.

  : The staff was very friendly and responsive. They kindly provided us with a new room since ours was extremely smelly with cigarettes so it wasn't possible to live there and tried to improve our stay. They also helped us with finding a transfer to the airport. Nice rooftop terrace with a city view and free drinks (tea, coffee, lemonade).
  : The rooms don't meet expectations, probably the photos are very old and not updated. VERY dirty, even tea cups weren't cleaned properly Mold in a bathroom I recommend you not to touch the blue pillows cause only god knows when they were washed and how many people used them before you. When my foot tripped on the carpet - it was just BLACK with dirt. The first room we moved in was stinky with cigarettes, so even our clothes absorbed this smell. In addition, a cockroach ran out from under the bed :) There were no towel hangers in the first (standard) room, All in all, it was disgusting to stay there, especially in a bathroom (photos attached). The building and facilities need renovation before welcoming new tourists.
