  : We arrived late and needed to contact the number given on booking as we couldn't open the outer door to the apartment. Upon calling after trying the key for over 20 minutes, my son in law was told that the person he was speaking to didn't manage that apartment and it was our problem if we couldn't get in. We tried for another 15 minutes before we got in. We had a 14 month old child, 9 suitcases, and had been travelling for hours, we were shocked by the rudeness. The apartment was rustic and did not match the photos. It was dusty. Some sockets were loose on the wall, and the bathroom had mould around the bath and in the ceiling. Light fittings were ganging loose and not fitted to the ceiling. Bed was comfy but creaked everytime we moved, and the duvet was too small for the bed and very thin.The lift is terrible, and the stairs need better handrails. Decoration and furnishings appeared old and used.Did not feel safe to have children in. Couldn't get a cot when requested as this appartment doesn't have one but description states one can be provided for a charge.Where is the hot tub ?The apartment could be amazing if it was shown some love and the person managing it needs to learn better customer service. We had stated we would be late arriving .
