I asked to speak with the manager , no one even call me back . the workers dont speak English, they make me paid cash because their terminal wasnt work . I just want my money back , as this is not appropriate to rent this tile of room with this condition

  : The location is perfect. The staff is ready to help to any request. Very client oriented!
  : The bar is on the first floor and noise comes to rooms. However, if you take upper floor, the noise is less.

  : the room too small they cleaned only one ce in 6 days, and they wanted to charge me 500 for bedsheets because there was blood on it. its too noisy because theres a bar downstairs if you want a calm holiday its not the place. and the elevator on the first floor you need to go up one level to find the elevator

  : I regret to inform you that my recent stay at the establishment fell short of expectations. Several issues marred the experience. Firstly, there was no provision for breakfast, which was unexpected. Additionally, both the room door and the washroom facilities exhibited maintenance problems, causing inconvenience during my stay. Furthermore, I was charged an excessive fee for the airport shuttle service, which was significantly higher than the standard price. Lastly, the ambience within the premises remained noisy and disruptive until late hours, with disturbances often extending until midnight or even 1 a.m. I believe that addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and improve the reputation of the establishment.
