  : Great location and good value, with lovely view from both room and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quiet despite central location.
  : Bathroom could have been cleaner but was clean enough. A few annoying things about the room layout like no mirror in the room and light switches weren't logical. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, but otherwise breakfast was ok. Room included a nespresso machine but capsules were extra.

  : Size of rooms - especially the bathroom. Couldn't help but hit the basin when sitting on the seat.Because of the hotel being small and boutique like, no where for the room staff to work except in the hallways. Frequently walking round and stepping over cleaning equipment but staff constantly apologetic and patient. This was on every floor. Would have been fine if the lift wasn't being used too at such peak times.

  : Azzap is a small city boutique hotel, situated in a perfect place (Karakoy), right in the middle of everything but at the same time protected from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Galata bridge lies literally a few steps away, along with all the major city means of transportation. One can also exploit the adjacent funicular (highly recommended), which takes you to the start of Istiklal, one of the city's major walking attractions, as you will have a good idea of what the city used to look back in the 1900. Our room was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities, along with water bottles and espresso capsules as a treat! Breakfast (or late drinks!) is served on a cosy roof top restaurant with a magnificent view. With all of the necessities covered, you cannot but compliment the entire personnel for their commitment and desire to be of your assistance. Definitely highly recommended and will most probably visit again!
