  : Overall it serves as a good hotel for someone who doesnt want to go the city centre often. Apart from that the location has good food places around it so that wont be a problem.
  : Most things were not adequate for holiday makers. For example they need to clarify that this is exclusively a club for locals with hotel facilities and not the other way around. The gym and swimming pool were mostly occupied by locals. And on weekends there was classes with children so impossible to use. Outdoor pool was closed despite no prior warning. Breakfast was the same every single day, and was already put in the plate covered with cling film. The salad was not fresh. There was no variety of tea and coffee during breakfast. It was very difficult to even get milk. The staff during breakfast looked like they were not bothered at all. The staff in the hotel reception were helpful. Also its very far from sultan Ahmet so we had to take transit every day which wouldnt have been a problem if the hotel facilities were better. I wouldnt recommend for anyone whos going exclusively as a tourist. Best to pay more and get a closer hotel to sultan Ahmet.

  : The receptionists were nice. Very understanding and always tried to help.
  : 1. The pictures on Booking.com... none of the extras were available, they could have atleast told us the outdoor swimming pool is out of bounds until summer. We only booked this hotel due to its swimming pools. 2. This hotel is actually a sports club. Locals (children most of the time) in Istanbul use the 2 football pitches, 2 tennis courts and indoor swimming pool ALL DAY, thus not allowing us to use or book the facilities when we want. Noone wants to play at 11pm, we want to explore the nightlife in Istanbul. But trying to book a 1 hour slot in the day, forget it, its been pre-booked. 3. 3 lights in our room didnt work. Took 3 days for them to fix 2 and they left the last one saying theres enough light and make do with what you have.

  : Staff were great very friendly and obliging. Pool was nice, very large. Packed on Saturday and especially on Sunday as the locals use the facilities as part of their gym membership. Very quiet during the week though! Breakfast wasn't great. Poor selection compared to the pictures. Really doesn't reflect what's on offer. The food in the restaurant was ok.
  : Bedroom smelled like smoke. Previous occupant smoked in the bathroom and it stank. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor every night leaving a pool of water. Reported issue to staff but nothing was done about that.

  : The only positive aspect about this hotel was the wonderful reception staff who delivered a service with a smile and provided us with excellent service. Other than that mine and my familys stay at this hotel was absolutely horrendous and I will explain why
  : DO. NOT. STAY. AT. THIS. HOTEL!!! The management of this hotel is an absolute disgrace and should not be fit to run any hotel in this world let alone in Istanbul. The main problem of this hotel is a man named SUKRU. He is the manager of this hotel and he runs it like a dictator. His staff work under him and are forced to do as he says.I had very high hopes about this hotel because I was coming to Istanbul with my family which included my niece who suffers from a rare metabolic medical condition and is on the autism spectrum and has learning difficulties. Her brain does not function like a regular normal human being. The hotel looked perfect for her as she loves to swim and the swimming pool looked very appealing and the rooms were sizeable for her to roam comfortably in. However MR SUKRU does not understand this and acts like she is normal which is not the case, even though we told him howeverHe threatened to kick us out of the hotel due to a false incident that was never confirmed and the only reason he didnt kick us out was because I told him that I would contact the police. He blamed my precious niece for being a problem how can this be a international hotel that welcomes everyone when they cant even understand people with severe learning disabilities. Where I come from we allow people with disability to be comfortable in their own way that meets their sensory needs and we dont hide or cast them from society. It is a big shame that he even banned my niece from the pool because apparently she was a problem to other children. Need I remind you that the pool is not exclusive to hotel guests and that people from the outside can come and enjoy. The manager didnt even value us as paying customers of his hotel. My niece is not a problem, the management is a problem for not speaking to me in a calm and peaceful manner but instead shouted at me aggressively and wanted to physically hurt me.On top of this the breakfast at the hotel was cold and very mediocre.
