  : Street noise, no noise insulation at all. Dirty doors in bath, reception is not customer oriented.Entire door is broken and very heavy to open.And I don't know how but hotel canceled my booking after I stayed in hotel and left in time, even money from my card was taken.

  : I messaged the hotel asking for 2 separate beds ( the option was 2 separate beds or 1 double) and they confirmed by writing that I would get 2 separate beds. When I arrived, the agent said: we forgot... so take what we have or leave. I was forced to sleep on this single bed as shown in the photo, although I sent a message earlier to the hotel and they confirmed that that will give me 2 separate beds. It was very embarrassing and uncomfortable as I had to sleep next to an older person. Also, the cold/ hot water is revered on the bathroom faucet ( if you open the cold, you get hot burning water).

  : My reservation was from August 28th to September 6th. When I arrived at the hotel room, there was no washing machine, for which I had paid an extra 348 euros. I had chosen this hotel primarily because of the washing machine, which was shown in the pictures on booking.com and listed in the facilities as well. When I approached the staff and asked about the washing machine, he responded to me in a very inappropriate manner, saying that there wasn't one and told me that if I wasn't satisfied, I should leave the hotel, even though he had already received the full amount. This negatively impacted our mood within the first 10 minutes of our arrival.I had another reservation at the same hotel from September 12th to September 16th, which was also fully paid in advance, amounting to 171.36 euros. I chose not to return to the hotel due to their poor treatment, so I had to pay for another hotel and ended up paying double just to avoid going back to Andi Hotel. Their breakfast was really bad and did not justify the price paid in any way.Another bad experience: I needed a plate to put my own fruit on, so I went down to the front desk. They said they didn't have any, and the kitchen was closed. Later, when we found out there was no water in the sink, I had to ask for a bottle of water, but they said there was nothing they could do.This is a poor service and a bad experience beyond all expectations. It's the first and last time in my life at this terrible and dirty hotel. I can't get over the fact that they truly ruined our anniversary and our holiday, which we had been looking forward to for a very long time. I expect at the very least a written apology from their manager, and even better, some form of compensation or a full refund, as I don't believe their service deserves more than 1 euro at most.

  : The location is perfect, very close to taksim square. There is also nearby a supermarket, fast-food, restaurants.The amenities were according to the price we paid. The bed was a bit small, but ok for one night stay.
  : At night it was quite cold and we asked for some blanket but they did not had it available.

  : Booked a room with two single beds. Upon arrival i was put in a room with a double bed. I told the staff and they said they could not do anything. After telling him this is not on as Im staying with my brother and we cannot share a bed (both full grown adults) he called his manager. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone to me. He said what do you want me to do? What do you want- I cant do anything? It was 1am. Eventually after I said give me a spare Blanket and pillow I will sleep on the floor he agreed and the staff member got me a pillow n blanket. I then returned to the room and took a look at the bed. There were two beds stuck together and could be separated into two single beds. I separated them and showed the member of staff. I cannot believe the fact that upon arrival I had to deal with unacceptable behaviour from them. I was disgusted at how I was spoken to upon arrival and no other reasonable option was offered and the fact that they themself couldnt even tell me to just separate beds. I received a call WhatsApp message the next morning to say were sorry you had a problem with the beds we would like to offer you a Turkish coffee to your room. Utterly disappointed that they think they can speak to you like utter rubbish and then try and make it up with a cheap coffee. Rubbish communication and service. This was my fourth time in Istanbul using a different hotel in the same area and I can say I will never be returning to Andi hotel ever again!
