  : Once arrived the hotel, there was no welcome as we had to cross the river using telpher by ourself with luggages. They couldnt provide the selected paid room as they said its been a conflict with booking.com and they provided another mediocre room with saying they will refund the difference! There was no other option due to lockdown so that we had to stay. The most important think that whatever you request to the room, they charge room service for each request even for fork, glass etc. They provide a box wood once a day for fireplace after ever wood is chargeable. The wifi was not stable and fast. So think twice before booking as knowing all requests will be chargeable except air!
