  : I did not like anything in this hotel but the location, it was the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever visited.
  : The only thing to recommend is the location because anything else is disaster. Rude and disrespectful staff, they keep shouting if you argue or even ask for your room's key. They don't clean the room, only make the bed. The room has bugs too, when we showed them they said thats normal. The mattress is NOT comfortable and you feel the springs on your body. The fridge is not working. They don't change the towels ( they said that they change it only every 3 days but it was my 4th day with the same towels) When we asked them kindly they became angry and shouted on us. Also, the breakfast is so poor and supposed to be an open buffet but it is only one poor plate which is not like the picture ( nothing like the picture at all). Nothing like the pictures (rooms, views, breakfast, cleanness.), Also they refused to send me the receipt, they lied on me and tell me will but they did not. Also when I asked them for a toilet paper, they gave me used roll and in the 8 days I spent, they only gave two toilet paper and they did not clean the bathroom even the room too, they only do the bed. Really was the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT for anyone The worst hotel I have visited EVER.

  : Location is good. The owner is really rude unfriendly. The other staff are good Hakim is helpful and nice. The food is not the best. The bathroom is leaking and small. I wont go back anymore. Dont recommend

  : The two members of staff both named Mehmet were very helpful
  : I ordered a shuttle didnt come paid double for taxis to the hotel. The room didnt have kettle the WiFi was bad. They moved me into a room near the reception which was very nosy in the night They kept closing access to the rooftop when it should be open There was a restaurant downstairs, they were cleaning in the middle of the night The owner was very racist towards no European customers Very arrogant not helpful at all with questions or requests customers had
