  : The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood.
  : There was no room service for my entire stay, and the dust bin was left untouched. I put it in front of my room in the morning to be emptied and returned to find the bin untouched still in front of my door.

  : The room was clean. The bed was firm and quite comfortable.
  : Attention! The address "24 rue Ernest Renan" also exist in Paris proper but this is not the location of this hotel. The hotel is located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, outside the inner ring! It can still be reached relatively comfortably by metro but the fact that there is the same address in Paris (where most tourists would search for) leads to annoying confusion. Otherwise the hotel is quite a typical small older Paris hotel, with small rooms and a bit shabby look. An issue for me was the noise by (probably) a tram running at regular intervals, also at night.

  : Some staff were great but one was very rude, not letting us use the electric kettle in the evening to clean a bottle. Bathroom door was jammed and wouldnt completely open or close.

  : Stay away from this hotel. In the 14 places I've been so far, this is the biggest unprofessionalism, this hotel definitely has a gold medal in that. I booked a room for one night, I came to pay by card, but I couldn't because they had a problem with the POS terminal. The receptionist asked me to exchange money in the bank. Since I didn't have much time, I had to find another hotel, because no one told me that the others would solve the problem with the terminal. Six days later, they don't want to return my money, even though it was clearly their mistake. Big unprofessionalism, they stole my money effectively without offering any alternative solution
  : Unprofessionalism. In a European metropolis, people do not speak English even in the hotel. The biggest disappointment so far
