  : Broken ac units in all rooms I had to buy my own little portable ac they put me in a room with a huge yellow stain on bed sheets and room smell like dog pee , I turned around and ask for a different room no way I was gonna stay in that room

  : The room didn't smell nearly as bad as the lobby. The location was solid. Because the air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel, we had to open the windows which actually opened.
  : The hotel didn't have a working air conditioner system in the middle of July. The shower door was broken and replaced with a thin curtain that hung on a hanger-thin plastic rod mounted by some sort of loose putty to the shower exterior; the curtain blocked 60% of the falling water but didn't plug the leak at the base of the shower that caused the bathroom to feel like a locker room floor in 30 seconds. The toilet only half-flushed. Towels and bedsheets were visibly stained with beige-orange makeup (I hope?). And there was an open, long-melted Otter Pop leaking orange sugar-water onto the window sill, which we needed access to in order to open the window to combat the lack of AC.

  : Air conditioning did not work. After 2 hours room was still 80. Pool closed for unknown reason. Did not spend the night. Haha New employee was unable to check us out.

  : Air conditioner did not work. Paid for a queen and got a full. Staff stared at me blankly when I told them. Made to pay $50 deposit that is supposed to be be refunded. Hasn't happened yet.

  : As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I did not feel overly safe. I didn’t like the homeless people staying there as long term residents hanging out watching me and the brokedown RV parked there. The condition of the exterior and interior were just as bad. No wonder the properties photo of the exterior is so dark, To hide the exterior, which is not maintained! The parking lot had huge pothole’s and faded parking lines. Doors to rooms were dented and with large scuff marks. My room was no clean, to say the least. There was dog hair everywhere, broken lighting behind the headboard with dead bugs along the lighting strip. The TV remote, light switches and door knob were sticky and dirty. There was rust and mildew around the base and top of the shower. It was to dirty for me to want to get in and take a shower. The A/C unit did not work (which management was aware of), so the room was sweltering on the 98 degree day. The room next to mine had 2 very loud dogs that were allowed to bark all night. As if all of this weren’t bad enough my sheets were dirty, the layer under the bottom sheet was just another bottom sheet (not a mattress protector like you would expect) that bottom sheet was also dirty and had hair on it. I had a late arrival and unfortunately changing hotels at the late hour was not feasible. Thank God I brought my own pillow at least. I chose to sleep on top of the covers, which was a sheet and thin blanket, no bedspread. No coffeemaker, not even a box of tissue in the room. This was their deluxe room BTW. I have stayed at some questionable motels in my day but this one, by far, took the cake. When I went to the office and showed the manager all of these issue she offered a whopping 20% off. I asked if all of the rooms were this bad, I was told they pretty much were because every room is pet friendly What about pet allergies? My stay should have been fully refunded for this most horrifying stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE...
