  : big enough bathroom, comfortable double bed, next to port and lungomare, close to the beach, possibility of breakfast in a nearby hotel for acceptable price.
  : on upper terrace was mess, they could use the place for cooking, evening sitting, it has a nice sea and lungomare view.

  : I like especially the balcony upstairs that can be used to dry towels and clothes. It has a very nice view, too. There is also a kitchen with some cooking appliances but it is a pity that it is not functional. Overal the room is nice, clean and has an AC, big wardrobe. It is situated close to the beach and reataurants but was quiet inside.
  : The bathroom had a little smell, mainly when we were coming back after a whole day and the windows were closed.

  : The location is first class, overlooking hte beach and a small harbour. The staff at breakfast were more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful. Bathroom was excellent and clean with a good shower
  : The check in was problematic. As we arrived after 20:00 (no explanation of a 20 fee for this until booking had been confirmed). There is no signage to say where the hotel is. Even a local was confused and we were stood right outside the porperty. A better explanation needs to be added to the hotel site. the room we had was in an 'annexe' which was not a problem if it had been explained. The main hotel is around the corner <50m away but had a different hotel name (Hotel Gabbiano) and even that was not visible when arriving after dark. Please imnprove this as it would make the whole prcess better. We saw many other guests similarly confused (and a delivery driver) The room was described as a "de-luxe double room with balcony and sea view". Double room with sea view and balcony -yes...'.de-luxe' not sure this is the correct description. The room was small, very small ..... However, the view from the balcony did make up for this

  : sea and beaches proximity, plus perfect spots for watching the sunset nearby - excellent location, and you can watch the sea or the stars at night from the terrace :)
  : the water was leaking out from the shower basin on the side of it :(

  : Nice and clean room, helpful staff.
  : Its a bit hard to find the hotel at the beginning, the hallway and stair are really small. Not a real hotel, more like small rooms renovated from a small house.

  : The room was small but the view made up for it! Fabulous view over the port and beach. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had a lovely time.
