: Owners definitely take pride in this home as the maintenance and upkeep were superb. We had a minor glitch with a broken chair leg and my nephew falling to the floor, but this was corrected in less than 45 minutes when Rich with Coastal Estates appeared and fixed things up. Rich was extremely friendly and even followed up with a text message. This home was perfect for 7 people and we enjoyed the large dining table for board games and the screened in porch for morning coffee while watching for deer. Less than 5 minutes walk to the amenities of Wild Dunes Resort, so the location was ideal. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

: The location was great. We loved the enclosed porch. The decor was pretty. It was nice to have multiple tvs and wifi. The washer and dryer were wonderful!!
: The toilets rocked. The bunk bed was wobbly and the fan in that room only had one speed. The door was difficult to lock and unlock. The enclosed porch was dirty. No pool access as was advertised. Not enough kitchen and bath towels. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. Enough for the week should be provided. Hotels provide that. The ice maker didn't work. A lot of the handles on the cupboards were loose. Please address these things so future guests can have a great experience.
