  : Apparently, if they dont list something under amenities, they dont have it. And apparently, A/C is an amenity. The room was over 90 degrees was supposed to have 2 box fans. Only had one, and it didnt work until we pulled out the clump of human hair. We checked in late to these conditions, checked out 11 hours later. Was supposed to stay 3 days at timbers, but we didnt. we booked a new hotel for the 2 additional days we would be staying in the area. Timbers refused to refund us for the 2 days we wouldnt be using the room due to a/c and door that didn't lock. The manager told us to leave windows open and sliding Glassdoor open. We were on the ground floor, screen door didnt lock, and we didnt feel safe leaving windows open on the ground floor that someone could open & crawl through. Not a good experience for us. Booking.com was no help, nor was timbers about the situation or giving a refund for days unused due to circumstances. We checked into a hotel 0. 3 miles away, that was awesome and had A/C AND GREAT STAFF.

  : Wasn't too happy about the non-refundable $37.80 resort fee that wasn't mentioned on Booking.com and wasn't made clear at the front desk upon check-in. Our family didn't have time to use any of the resort facilities due to a full agenda at Yellowstone.

  : The couch was terribly uncomfortable. The fireplace did not work. There was a large amount of dried up blood on a blanket in the closet. And honestly the first two days it stunk so bad we could barely stand it inside.
