  : beautiful grounds and amenities.
  : I was nervous after booking unit 103 as I stumbled upon some negative reviews. when we arrived at our unit everything was clean, organized and everything we needed for our stay in the keys was available to us. my only suggestion would be a love seat or recliner added to the living room for more seating. honestly it wasnt a big deal because we didnt watch much tv. another upgrade could be composite decking as the pressure treated wood decking is needing some repair. the salt air looks like it weathers the wood fairly quickly and this was noticed on most units not just 103. maybe also add shades to the master bedroom balcony windows, again didnt matter to us as we were up at dawn anyway. overall it was a great unit and we would rent 103 again.

  : The Villa was very nice, and the community was outstanding. The pool was great, we loved relaxing by the beach. We loved every minute of it our vacation.

  : The guest shower leaked over the outside steps and caused my guest to break an ankle when he slipped . Also the washrooms did not have toilet paper when I got there which is a bit cheap given the price , but I left some plus soap .

  : The place was clean and well equipped. The complex was superb.
  : The beds could be upgraded. We were not given the gate entry code and when we called were given misinformation and had to call again. Once we got in the complex the code for the front door did not work. We were given a temporary code and told someone would call back with a new code however no one ever called back leaving us A bit concerned the temp code would end each time we left. Because it was December the temperature was not too warm e veto the last day and night. It was very warm, 80 degrees in the house, and the air conditioner although being on at the lowest temp did not work. It was an awful last night trying to sleep and miserable the next day packing up and trying to get the house in order. The place needs a new ac, I cannot imagine staying there in warmer months. Also there is a leak and very ugly large stain with peeling paint on the ceiling of the front porch that has obviously been there for a while, it was a bit disconcerting trying to avoid the drip each time we entered or left. Not a great welcome sign!

  : The community. The kitchen was well stocked. Had a great set of knives and Tupperware. The tea provided was a nice touch. The setup was great and cute and bright. The layout was perfect and inviting. Plenty of pans and baking amenities. You really don't need to take any extra kitchen utensils for this unit. A dining table for more than 4 people would have made it even better.
  : There was no hand soap provided for the restrooms or kitchen. Just one tiny soap bar for each shower. Really, especially during a pandemic you cannot give us 2 extra bars of soap? Unit 103 butts up against US1, so it is loud with traffic in the master bedroom. No sound machine anywhere - looked everywhere. No drapes on the entire wall of French doors, so streetlights and moonlight shone right in all night. A couple extra blankets would have been nice.....No comforter provided for the pullout. And the queen in the one bedroom seems more like a double. No broom, just a swifter....This was my second stay at Anglers Reef. I love the community, and this unit would be fine with a couple tweaks. Should it command the same price as others not on the roadside? No, not without a sound machine and drapes....

  : Cleaner the walls were grimy needed fresh paint and the doors could be washed, the outside porch steps were coming off. needed more clean up and some things freshened up.
