  : That the hotel charges a fee to use the indoor pool and is not for the day but only for a few hours.

  : The Rules: We had to pay 7 euros each for the towel deposit, this has still not been returned to us. Also our bill was wrong and there was nobody present to resolve the issue before we left. The hotel owes us 51 euros. 21euros for the towels & 30euros for the use of the spa on a day which we did not use. The bar area was inadequate for the wet weather we experienced. The hotel could easily have opened up a dry area but choose not too. Meal times were ridiculous !! We were a party of 13 celebrating my nieces 40th - not once were we allowed to sit together - very very unhappy about this. Food was good but could have been hotter. The red wine was vile and the white not much better - ended up buying bottles of wine. Far too many rules: Not allowed to move sunbeds - against the rules Had to all turn up at the same time to sit near each other, point blank refusal to allocate us tables unless the whole party present, with 2 young children in the group this was not easy - against the rules Local Spanish friends were not allowed to join us for an evening meal - against the rules Entertainment poor apart from the Motown night that was excellent.

  : The resort is very well designed and organized, with several pools, lots of green areas, many water attractions for children, and a direct access to the beach. The reception, restaurant and cleaning staff was, as always, extremely nice and welcoming.
  : Our mattress was very uncomfortable (we could feel the springs while sleeping). The bed structure was also squeaking a lot and would wake up our daughter in the night. The cleaning was also not as good as in our previous stays. Overall, we spent a great week but left with the feeling that the room we were into could use a bit of maintenance and refurbishement.

  : The closed location to the beach.
  : Really cold water in the outdoor swimming pools. At least the one for babies could have been a bit warmer. Of course we've been there at the beginning of the season and in the middle of the summer might be OK. Also the access to the indoor swimming pool was surprisingly expensive even for kids (7 euros for 90 minutes). Beside the fact that in the offer was not written that we don't have access to the indoor swimming pool and I thought that is part of the deal. I recommend dropping by 50% the access for the kids, at least for May, June &September when the water outside might be cold.
