  : The staff were very nice and would go out of their way to assist. The views were sensational.
  : We were given a substandard room (I suspect because we went through booking.com). We had seaviews but our balcony was tiny and had to share it with dozens of darting birds who had set up nests above where the seating was and dropped their nesting matter and the odd dead chick onto our rock hard seating. I noticed our nextdoor neighbors had 4 to 5 times the deck space and comfortable lounges - and no bird nests. Our bed was comfortable but had no side tables nor reading lamps (which every other room seemed to have). The bed was in the middle of the room pushed up against a bed head unit that floated around the room because it wasnt fixed to the floor. This bedhead had power attached because when it shifted when we tried to sit up in bed against it, the wires would be exposed. Dangerous! It was like they made a room out of some odd leftover space that might have previously been a store room. The breakfasts were okay. The meals for lunch and dinner were bland and expensive but you are trapped to eat there because there is nowhere else. The heated pools were okay but the annoying thing about the place is that it is not finished. You have to walk out of the pool and trudge across concrete dust and rubble.

  : The wide balcony, the clean room, the sea view, the warm water pool and indoor spa, the hotel lobby and restaurant, the free shuttle service provided on request. Good breakfast with local vegetables and fruits, just lacking some variation, you may feel that on a longer stay. The restaurant provided meatless dishes on every meal, which is not usual with italian restaurants. All the dishes were at least good, grilled octopus is excellent but avoid the purple potatoes
  : Location is far away from the few island attractions (castle, the two main towns, the Poseidon terme and Sant Angelo village and beach) and more than 1.2km away from the smallest village or shop. However the hotel provides free transfer to village on request and to terme and SantAngelo once a day, out and back.

  : The hotel is in a beautiful position with fabulous views. It is professionally managed by a friendly family. We enjoyed the spacious room with amazing view, the rich breakfast and a couple of lovely dinners served in the restaurant enjoying their unbeatable views. We would definitely come back.
  : The SPA area could be improved. The wet sauna was rather cold, the dry one lukewarm. The indoor jacuzzi one day was foamy. Better the outdoor geothermal pools.

  : Breathtaking view from our balcony! We were blown away by it. Food was great, staff organised a winery tour for us, and I got an amazing massage. The spa facilities were fab and we got drinks and snacks by the pool and truly relaxed.
  : The bus from the port to get to the hotel was long and windy. Took about an hour, but it was so worth the extra travel for such a special place!

  : Friendly staff, always ready to give you advice, provide what necessary. Rich breakfast, fruits, home made jams and honey. Location close to Sorgeto thermal wells.
  : Not too much, just peanuts. We had a 4-bed room and just 2 chairs on the balcony. It is equipped with with small kitchen, but no glasses nor wine bottle opener.
