  : Great location- close to DFW airport. Room was a great size. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Wifi worked well.
  : Bed was SO uncomfortable- very hard. I don't know if the AC wasn't working properly or if it's like that all the time- but the room was very warm and of course hotels these days don't let you run the fan consistently anymore. Was not a good night sleep, so I will not stay here again.

  : Our pre paid booking was cancelled on us due to delayed flights. We called reception when we arrived in Dallas and the rude manager on shift at 8:30am on the 30th of June told us we were no shows and she had cancelled the booking and hung up on my husband when we said we had just arrived into Dallas. Room was paid for until 12pm. They have kept our money and would not let us check in for a nap and shower. We had travelled from Australia. We sent a message through booking.com to say our flights were delayed and the manager said it did not count cause it was a third party. She was just so aggressive toward us through no fault of ours.

  : It was really close to where we needed to be. We actually ended up staying two different nights. The first room was on the third floor and was bigger and nicer. The second night was a room on the first floor, a little smaller and less money. The breakfast is pretty good . They have a little store just off the lobby, We arrived late and my husband was hungry. He bought a little frozen pizza which I microwaved for him. I found an extra plastic bag in my suitcase to serve it on. I don’t know if paper plates were offered at the little store.Maybe I will start putting a couple in my suitcase
