  : Front desk was super accommodating with shuttle services to and from the airport. It was a long flight day so a friendly face and great customer service was greatly appreciated.

  : Front Desk worker was very rude. Tried to call the laws on me saying I didn’t have a room and he originally checked me in Just Because I Booked Another Room For My Sister And Her Boyfriend To Stay The Night In Because He Came To Visit While We Were Already In A Room.. Was Harassed And Took Pics Of While Sitting At The Pool And Called Out My Name(Nigga) And He Laughed As He proceeded to Harass Me And My Family.. Some one caught the second floor on fire doing drugs, Was Outside For Almost A Hour Because They Made Every one come out there rooms. Everybody be outside hanging around Like 12-6 am (The Rooms are On The Outside)But They Say We wasn’t allowed to have nobody on the property But Never Once Was Told We Couldn’t Have Guest When We First Checked In (One Reason We Wasn’t Allowed To Pay The Next Day)… Had Two Tv in My room and neither one worked they never came fixed it. Housekeeping Takes Hours Just To Get to Your Room For Room Service EVERYDAY… Was Also Told We Couldn’t Smoke Outside But Clearly There Is A Sitting Area To Smoke In, Also A Pool Area, Because The Rooms Were Non-Smoking(Another Reason We Wasn’t Allowed To Pay)
