  : The room is dusty, and a/c as soon as my family entered the room, they started coughing and sneezing! Allergies attack Also, we are given a room where near the pool, across and upstairs there are kids running around and screaming.

  : It was clean and comfortable
  : They charged me for breakfast when breakfast was included on Booking.com. They also charged $15 a night for parking which was not mentioned. They also argued about me whether I was right or not. They accepted the reservation which included breakfast then they said that breakfast opened at seven, but they did not provide breakfast which messed up all my plans for an early meeting. Then they argued with me whether my reservation included breakfast. If I didn’t know whether I pard for breakfast or not. they blamed it on Booking.com but of course it was their fault because they excepted the reservation. I booked the reservation because it looked like $159 but with taxes and breakfast in parking it was well over $200. This is called false advertising and you should do something about this partner because they’re ruining your reputation.
