  : This place was one of the less expensive options in Irpin (NW from Kyiv) for a solo traveler. It's the area I had to be in, so the location was convenient and Irpin itself is nice (though traffic can get crazy). I went in the summer and while there is no AC in the hallways so it felt like being in an oven, the AC in the room worked just fine and within 15-20 was plenty cool. The bed was comfortable enough (not great). Clean. It's nice that the territory has a guarded parking lot.
  : The rooms are on floor 3 and there is no elevator. I had read about this and was traveling light, so no problem, but if you have heavy suitcases, it'd be very inconvenient. The reception area was barely lit and had a bit of a Soviet feel to it, but otherwise okay. The hot water took quite a while to get hot, but if you leave it running it'll get there. And be sure if you're traveling alone not to touch the other bed lest they charge you for both (I was warned and stayed clear of bed #2). Only 3 single outlets in the room.

  : No Air condition. No elevators. After I was charged for booking.com price i was told I had to pay an extra tourist charge and extra 270 uah. Not cool.
