  : I did not have breakfast at the hotel during my stay, the location of the hotel was good it is close to the centre of the city with easy access to public transport ect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was adequately cleaned. Private bathroom and facilities, full tea tray with 2 large mugs and 2 pint glasses all clean. Check in was done with no face to face contact, I collected my key from a key safe on the wall in the car park and since I had no issues with my room I did not actually Interact with any staff. This would be a negative point for many people however for people like myself who have social anxiety and feel less comfortable with face to face check ins, this process was much preferred. Overall I was very impressed despite my concerns following other online reviews. I would absolutely stay here again.
  : There wasnt much bad about the room, the room was very warm and a fan was not provided in the room (I could however have contacted the staff and requested one it is my own demise that I did not do this). There is also a lot of noise around the hotel such as children and other persons on the streets and the road seems to be a prime location for individuals with louder cars to fly down the street. This is no fault of the hotel however it does disturb any attempts to sleep! the walls are on the thinner side so when people come in or are in their rooms you can hear a fair amount of what is going on however during my stay this wasnt much of an issue. The car park is very small and often full but the size causes an issue trying to get back out, however there is adequate parking on the adjacent street and parking outside the hotel is free on a night which is also stated by the hotel upon check in.

  : nothing more than a doss house supposed to be a deluxe bedroom would not even give it a 1 star rating and certainly would not recommend to anyone would never stay here again.
  : Nobody to receive our arrival (no reception) 10 - 15 mins to get in after talking on the phone, dirty room, full of spiders webs all over windows, windows very dirty with kids hand marks and felt tip pen drawing over the window glass, windows screwed down so no ventilation , no escape route in the event of fire, 1 double socket for TV and Kettle very close to floor not helpful for disabled like my husband and I, no seats to sit on other than the bed, view out of the window disgusting and bins overflowing possible vermin, No wifi as advertised very restricted parking even on main road as advertised, No local information on area leaflets i.e. pubs / restaurants'

  : I have stayed a few times now its extremely handy for the football with good little shops close buy.
  : The room we had was very large comfy and warm only small point I would say was not great was the toilet was very difficult to flush took serval attempts apart from that a great room.
