  : A welcome book with instructions was really helpful. Could be better though. Coming from Sweden, we had no idea how to operate a gas cooker. Took some googling to solve. Some more detailed instructions would be useful. Apart from that, it was great. A large supply of detergent, dishwasher liquid and toilet paper is a gold mine! Thank for that.
  : The squeaky stairs wakes everyone up if you need to use the loo during the night.

  : beautiful area with spectacular view. wonderful home away from home.
  : very warm. we purchased two fans. the bath / shower was bad. For 10 days of our stay we had to squat on all fours in the tub to get clean. couldnt shower or bath( no plug) tried finding one to fit but couldnt.

  : Very beautiful apartment.
  : The internet listed in the welcome book and password were incorrect. The correct internet happened to be listed on the router box itself. I couldnt reach anyone to discuss the problem. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The directions for the key box stated it was the box on the right, and it was actually the left box. It was tricky to figure out at night in an unfamiliar location ( that the direction was in accurate).

  : The property was located very close to the city center and away from traffic. It was obvious that the hosts had put some effort in decorating and giving the place a personality. With the river being right in front, it was easy to go out for a quick walk and get fresh air and food (pubs and restaurants very close). It was easy to check in and out. The living room are was spacious and the kitchen adequately equipped.
  : Small windows overall, so not much light made its way in the living room area and it was difficult to get fresh air in the bedrooms, where the problem is exacerbated by the window being on the roof (always rains in Inverness) and absolutely zero ventilation. When we arrived, there was a problem with the neighbors playing extremely loud music for hours on end (ground was trembling due to the bass) and we had no way of getting in touch with the owner. We called all 3 numbers provided in the welcome mail, including the "emergency" number and nobody answered. Toilet seat was broken.

  : Firstly, I loved the location opposite the bouncy bridge.The flat was great, all the amenities we could asked for, comfy and clean .Loved all the little details., welcome book was a great idea.Would book again if in Inverness
