  : Absolutely nothing except it was clean
  : There is a subtle difference between professionalism vs lack of common sense and empathy. I was traveling with a 80+year old man my father in law who is on a wheel chair and 70+ year old women my mother in law and my wife. Let me describe more:- A) The property has unrealistic checkin and check out times. Reason given: we need time for cleaning between 9am to 4pm as we have too many properties.B) The handbook in the apartment shows 10am check out time. C) we requested a little early check in before travel and was denied for the same reason mentioned above. D) on the day of check out my father in law slipped in the bathroom due to poor plumbing and drainage issue and was in pain (which multiple people have reported in past in their reviews). E) apart from this the property has multiple issues relating to fixtures.we requested to the cleaners who came in the property some time at 8.45-9am to check out explainig the situation that we are ready and will check out around 10.30-11am. In the meantime we offered the cleaners that we will wash the dishes and keep apartment clean so that they don't loose time.At 10.30 am lady calls my cellphone and without even understanding the situation she says you have to leave now. There is serious lack of business sense, listening skills, empathy and they perceive to come across as professional.Lack of business sense because: 9am to 4pm you don't keep cleaning apartment. As a courtesy, you can call guests once apartment is ready so that they don't keep waiting from overnight journey especially when someone has explained you the situation.Lack of empathy and listening skills: because they already made up their mind not to listen and understand the situation and just carry on with the business.This was my worst experience ever and I would not recommend anyone leaving in properties that are managed by Mercury solution or properties managed by Gael Homes.

  : There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but have fed back to servicing team so hopefully they can address.

  : Comfortable, warm, clean apartment with comfortable furniture, and instant abundant hot water. Parking right outside. Very attractive furnishings. Appliances very good.
  : Toilet seats were loose and slipped sideways. Cooking equipment minimal. Lighting in kitchen very poor.

  : The location was good. A nice view from the bedrooms Also close by is an Asda superstore. Which is handy for your shopping
  : I felt better directions from the A82 would have been better, as I dont have a Sat nav. But you can google the directions from the AA as I was coming from the north west.
