  : Location, parking and staff were fine. Room size was good as was bathroom.
  : Hotel portrays it's self as dog friendly, they even put a blanket for the dog into the room, but I personally don't consider asking guests who eat there to eat in reception or put the dog into the car as dog friendly.The Sunday morning dining room staff were abysmal, unable or unwilling to talk (as in spoken reply to request or question) tables not cleared, only 6 in use and guest including ourselves had to hunt for crockery and cutlery and clear previous users dishes to get a seat.I am aware that they had a coach party leave early that morning and later on they were trying to put the room back to normal, but those current guests should have been priority.

  : Location was good , breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful , room clean and tidy.
  : As it was a family room, it seemed a bit cluttered, and there was only one bedside table and lamp as a result of this! Shower was good as it was electric and able to regulate it well!

  : Breakfast was good, staff very helpful, helped us with luggage etc. Location good as we had an early start to catch a ferry at Ullapool
  : Our particular room was listed as luxury with twin sinks and shower in the en-suite, but when we went to use it, could not regulate the shower water temperature and it was scalding hot until the water eventually ran cold! Also the heating was on in the room constantly and we were not able to control it or have any ventilation, but a large free standing fan was provided.
