  : The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is super convenient, next to train station and the supermarket. Can walk to the HarderKulm funicular.
  : It's a little noisy as it's opposite the co-op and delivery trucks are delivering through the night.

  : We rented in a 2 room apartment for a family of 4 adults for CHF 870 (including CHF 350 for property charge). The first night had no hot water supply and all of us was shivering in our bath. The property owner paid us CHF 50 for that very trouble, I wonder if I was fairly compensated. Overall, this property is too expensive and too big for a short few days holiday and no breakfast provided. It will be good if you rent for months for family but again, it will be too expensive. The service change is exorbitant! We had to clean the house on departure the way like a cleaner ourselves (rules stipulated clearly in a file on arrival) eg. throw rubbish before leaving, wash all cups and plates ect despite I had already paid service charges of CHF 350 (property charge per stay) (which is not refundable). I had to pay for another CHF 300 as deposit which would be forfeited if they find the property was not cleaned to their standard on departure. All the rules set and laid and the extra charges left us a bit stressed like being 'not holidaying or am I here to clean your apartment while on holidays? :( Anyway, we left the place clean and tidy-up as new as before and we hope to get back our CHF 300 deposit which was collected on arrival. I would rather book a stay in hotel next round, with a proper 24 hours front desk and good breakfast especially in a cold place like Interlaken/ Jungfrau.

  : Perfect location for Interlaken OST Station, which you can see from the balcony - and 75 metres from a fantastic supermarket. But be prepared for Swiss prices. It is an expensive country for the Brits. It was spotlessly clean, and the extra pillows we requested were delivered in less than 30 minutes. The staff couldnt have been more helpful, and we would definitely stay there again if we return to Interlaken.
  : The beds are very low, just off the floor. So if you are getting on in years, it might be difficult to get up!! There is no air con, so for ventilation you need a window open and the station traffic ends late and starts early. But these are fairly minor in the scheme of things.
