  : The tenant is a lovable person, very friendly, kind and caring. The structure, overall, is very nice. I refer not only to the rooms, but also to the common areas and decorations.
  : The only downside is that there should be some more attention to little details. For example, the blankets of my bed was clean (that for sure, may it be absolutely clear!), but it had some very little holes. Same for the pillows. I'd suggest, also, to keep in the wardrobe a set of 2 soft pillows, while on the beds to keep the harder ones, or vice-versa, so that the guest can choose which one to use. (this is standard in Italy, in other countries it might be different, of course I know that I could have asked, but I got there very late and in that situation it would have come handy). I would really like to underline that this is a suggestion to further improve, small details make excellence and this structure is on the good way to reach it :D

  : The location is great, as you can easily reach the center of Innsbruck by car, bus or even by foot (even though you will have to walk for about 20 min).
  : The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for quite some time. The cleanliness in the room was good, but the restroom of the breakfast area was filthy. There was a bothering smell in the entrance area and the rooms get very hot in the summer.
