  : Great location right next to the cathedral and around the corner from the Golden Daichi and the Hofburg. You could not get any more central.
  : While the bed was suitably big, it was stuck in a corner. There was little by way of catering facilities (no microwave, oven or toaster, just a hob); and no air conditioning, though there was a fan.

  : It is a cosy apartment located right next to city tower. Everything is within walking distance like the congress bus stop, cafs, eating joints. Apartment is quite modern and the all essentials were provided.
  : Nothing in particular except the owner rudely refused to extend the check out time by just 1 hr.

  : Daxburg was in a perfect location near cafes, parks, the funicular, and the river. It was easy to check in, the apartment was clean, it had a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and refrigerator.
  : The temperature control was tricky to use. It could provide cold air for a while, but would switch to warm air before reaching the set temperature. Probably user error, but a simple on/off AC would have been better.

  : Close to everything and in the centre of the old town. No stairs, a lift.
  : Extremely minimalist a bit noisy from apartment above and the centre of all the apartments. Narrow single beds and quite thin mattress.

  : The location is perfect. It locates inside the old town, and most famous sceneries are close and within walking distance. Souvenir shops, and restaurants are just downstairs. The tram station to the top of Innsbruck is only with-in 5-minute walk. The bus stop is only around the corner which you can take a bus to any towns around Innsbruck conveniently. The apartment is inside a classical building with well renovation. Typical style of classical buildings are having many windows in the living room. There is a good functioning elevator to reach all floors. The apartment and the building environment are clean. The tableware and cooking wares are enough for self-cooking. The landlord is very helpful. She allows us for early check-in, and helped to make special arrangement for our luggage keeping after check-out. It really helped us a lot in the luggage arrangement. She also helped to prepare the Innsbruck cards for us, and hence we saved all transportation fee during our 3-day stay in Innsbruck.
  : There is a pub at the opposite of the street. It closes lately at night. Our first night is Saturday. People drank and talked till three o'clock. Therefore we must close the windows in order to have a slient sleep. There is daily inspection by the landlords maid without prior notification. Everyday after we came back from travelling, we found that all lamps are turned off by someone. We suspected whether anyone did go into our house, and stole anything. But no valuable thing is lost after checking. It happened the same in the second day. Therefore we decided to ask the landlord whether she knew anyone did go into our house. She then admitted that she did assign her maid to check our apartment. We do not feel happy with this inspection arrangement because it is an offense of our privacy. At least there should be a prior notification and get the approval from us before she sends anyone to check our apartment. But I am thinking what is the purpose of such daily inspection. Actually we have never experienced such inspection by any landlord in any other European countries.

  : Location, size, friendly helpful owners.
  : Only a really minor point. Could do with a toaster and maybe some basic bits like pepper (salt was provided) and a small amount of coffee as there is a filter coffee machine provided. Similar places I have stayed in Innsbruck have these. Otherwise perfect.
